How to get the best photos from your event
A few small things on the day make a big difference to the photos you get back:
- Share the running order. Tell us when the speeches, awards or reveals happen, so we’re in the right place.
- Name your must-have shots. Sponsors, VIPs, the board, the birthday person. We’ll make sure they’re covered.
- Think about the light. Dim rooms look great in person but need planning. Let us know if the lights go down for a gig or a first dance.
- Leave time for group photos. Five minutes in the schedule is usually enough.
- Tell guests photos are being taken. A line on the invite or a sign at the door keeps everyone comfortable.
