Our event video production starts before the day. We agree a running order, the moments that matter, and where the final videos will be used. On the day we film discreetly, capture clean audio for speeches, and gather the extra shots (venue, details, crowd) that make the edit flow.

Planning your event video
The best event films are planned around how they’ll be used. Before the day, we’ll ask:
- Who is it for? Future attendees, sponsors, staff or customers all need a different edit.
- Where will it be watched? A website film can be longer. A social reel needs to grab attention in the first second.
- What must be in it? Speakers, sponsors, the venue, a product reveal or a particular moment.
- Do you need audio? Speeches and interviews need microphones set up in advance.
With those answers we can plan camera positions, agree the running order and make sure nothing important is missed. It also means editing is quicker, so you get your videos back sooner.
