Information you give us

When you fill in a form on our website (project enquiry, shoot request, event booking, free menu audit or contact form), email us, call us or message us, we may collect:

  • your name, business name and job details
  • email address and phone number
  • your town or area, and venue or event details
  • your website and social media handles
  • information about your project, budget, goals and timings
  • anything else you choose to tell us in a message

Information collected automatically

When you visit our website, we and our service providers may collect technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device, pages visited and how you arrived at the site.   • our website and form software (WordPress and its plugins, including Fluent Forms)
  • analytics and advertising platforms such as Google, Meta and TikTok, only if you consent to the relevant cookies
  • our accountant or professional advisers, where needed
  • authorities, if we are required to by law

Some of these providers may process data outside the UK. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as UK adequacy regulations or standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep your information

We keep enquiry information for up to 2 years if you do not become a client. If you become a client, we keep records for as long as needed to provide our services and for six years after our relationship ends, to meet legal and tax requirements. Form entries can be deleted sooner on request.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you have the right to:

  • access the personal information we hold about you
  • ask us to correct information that is wrong or incomplete
  • ask us to delete your information
  • ask us to restrict or object to how we use it
  • ask for your information in a portable format
  • withdraw your consent at any time, where we rely on consent

Complaints

If you’re unhappy with how we have handled your information, please contact us first. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
