1. About these terms

These terms apply to your use of forthmedia.co.uk and to the services provided by OxyAir Plus Ltd, a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15724963), trading as Forth Media (“we”, “us”), registered office: Unit 19 Gatehouse Enterprises, Albert Street, Lockwood, Huddersfield HD1 3QD. 2. Using our website

  • The content on this website is for general information about our services. We try to keep it accurate and up to date, but it may change without notice.
  • You may not copy or reuse our text, photos or videos without our written permission.
  • We are not responsible for the content of external websites we link to.

3. Quotes and bookings

  • Quotes are valid for the period shown on the quote.
  • A booking is confirmed once you accept our quote in writing (email is fine) and, where required, pay any deposit.
  • Each project’s exact scope, deliverables and timings are set out in your quote or proposal. If anything in your quote conflicts with these terms, the quote takes priority.

4. Payment

    One-off projects (such as shoots, event coverage, websites and audits): a 75% deposit is due before work starts. The remaining 25% is due when the work is delivered.

    Monthly packages are paid upfront, at the start of each month, before that month’s work begins.

  • Advertising spend for Meta, Google and TikTok is paid directly to the platform by you, or recharged at cost, unless agreed otherwise. It is separate from our management fee.

5. Monthly packages

  • Minimum term: 3 months.
  • After the minimum term, either you or we can end a monthly package by giving 1 week’s notice in writing (email is fine).
  • Content approved by you before posting is your responsibility once published.

6. Cancellations and rescheduling

    Once the deposit is paid and work has started, a one-off project cannot be cancelled and the deposit is non-refundable. Shoot dates can be moved by agreement, subject to availability.

    If you are a consumer (booking for personal rather than business use) and you book online, by phone or by email, you have the legal right to cancel within 14 days of booking. If you ask us to start work within those 14 days, you will pay for any work already done if you then cancel. This does not affect your other legal rights.

  • If we have to cancel because of illness or circumstances outside our control, we will rearrange at no extra cost or refund any money paid for that shoot.

7. Photos, videos and other content

  • Once paid in full, you can use the final edited photos and videos we deliver for your business marketing, including your website, social media, menus, delivery apps, ads and print.
  • We may show work we have created for you in our portfolio and case studies unless you ask us not to.
  • You confirm you have permission for us to photograph or film your premises, staff and any guests at events.

8. Results

Marketing results depend on many things outside our control, including competition, budgets and platform changes. We will always do our best and report honestly, but we cannot guarantee specific rankings, reach, bookings or sales.

9. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, our total liability for any claim relating to a project is limited to the amount you paid us for that project, and we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits.

10. Your data

We handle personal information as described in our privacy policy.

11. Law

These terms are governed by the law of Scotland, and the Scottish courts have jurisdiction.
